We allow all our clients to exchange their purchased articles, given that they have made the purchase in Pakistan.
Any Article purchased can be exchanged within 3 days from the date of delivery
Exchange is possible if the article received is damaged or if there are size issues
For size exchanges if the outfit ordered is as per the size chart given, customer will bear the delivery charges of PKR 230.
Exchange allowed only if the article is not used, all tags are intact, packing is in its original condition, and then you are good to go ahead with the exchange.
Articles purchased on sale or discount cannot be exchanged
In order to exchange, you can contact our customer service department by emailing us at firstname.lastname@example.org, contacting us on Facebook or Instagram, or you can call us at +923120770426. Provide all the required information to us and if all the conditions are met we will provide you the address to ship it to us.
After we have received the article, we will dispatch the new piece.
